It depends on the project. A basic website is usually ready in 1 week, a professional website in about 3 weeks and a custom project from 1 month. The timeline starts once I have what I need (copy, photos and logo), and after that what matters most is how quickly you approve each step. That's why we agree on realistic timelines together at the start.
Me, from start to finish. No salespeople or middlemen: the person who listens to your idea is the same one who designs it, builds it and answers you on WhatsApp when you have a question.
Any tool your business needs that doesn't exist off the shelf: internal management, admin panels, client portals, booking platforms or automating repetitive tasks. I build it around how you actually work, not the other way round.
Not at all. I take care of the technical side and explain everything in plain language. You only need to know your business and tell me how you picture your website — I handle the rest.
Yes. During design you have rounds of changes included (4 for the professional website and custom projects, 1 for the basic plan): you send me everything you want to adjust at once, I apply it and show it to you again. Once published, you can ask me for changes whenever you need and I'll give you a price on the spot.
Absolutely. Whether it's a full redesign, adding something new, making it faster or fixing specific issues, I start by looking at what you have, what's worth keeping, and agree a clear plan with you before touching anything.
No. I don't ask for lock-in contracts or small print. If I do my job well, I don't need to hold you with obligations. Hosting and maintenance renew every year, and if you don't want to continue, you simply don't renew.
Fill in the form or message me on WhatsApp. I'll ask you a few quick questions and within 24h you'll have a proposal with a fixed price and timeline. If it works for you, payment is made (half, for custom projects) and we start.
Not at all — it's the norm. Almost nobody arrives with the website already defined: they arrive with a feeling and a couple of references. My job is to get it out of your head — I ask, I show you examples, and very early on you get your website's design to view, comment on and say “this yes, this no”. You never have to imagine how it will look: you see it before it's built.
Yes, if it adds value. It's not mandatory and I don't add it because it's trendy: I only suggest it when it saves you work or helps you serve your customers better, like an assistant that answers questions using your business information or automatically sorts incoming enquiries. Before starting I explain what information it uses and what it costs, which is separate and depends on usage. You can see a real example, MedScribe, in my portfolio.
