How I work
A clear,
process, no surprises.
I know hiring someone to build your website can be daunting, especially when you can see it clearly in your head but can't put it into words. That's why I've boiled it down to four steps: you always know what's happening and nothing moves forward without your go-ahead.
You tell me your idea and I give you a fixed price.
We start with a conversation: your business, your ideal customer and how you picture your website — what you like, what you can't stand and why. If you can't put it into words, we get there with references. From that I prepare a clear proposal: what's included, how long it takes and how much it costs. No surprises later.

You see your website before it's built.
I design your website and send you a link to view and click through it, on desktop and mobile. You can leave comments right on the design, exactly where you want a change. We adjust until it's what you had in mind, and what you approve is what I build.

- A link to view and comment on it whenever you like
- Rounds of changes included: 4 (1 for the basic plan)
- Final colours, typefaces and style
I turn the design into your real website.
I bring the design you approved to life, without anything we agreed on changing along the way. And you can follow progress from your tracking page, with a live preview, without having to ask me how it's going.

I launch it and I'm still here.
Before launch you review it on a private link and we make the final tweaks. Then I take care of everything: domain, security and going live, without you touching anything technical. And I don't disappear: I answer questions and make changes whenever you need, no lock-in.

What is a round of changes?
It's one pass of adjustments: you send me everything you want to change in the design at once, I apply it and show it to you again. The professional website and custom projects include 4 rounds; the basic plan, 1.
How does payment work?
The basic plan and the professional website are paid at the start. For custom projects, 50% at the start and the other 50% when the website is ready to go live.
What if I don't have any copy?
If you like, I'll write it for free. You tell me about your business and I turn it into copy that explains what you do clearly and encourages people to get in touch.
When does the timeline start?
Once I have what I need to start: your copy (or your go-ahead for me to write it), photos and logo. That way the timelines I give you are real.
