Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the KIOKO Studio website and the contracting of our custom web design and development services.

1. Scope

KIOKO Studio provides custom website design, development and maintenance services for companies, brands and entrepreneurs. The specific scope of each service is defined in the quote and/or contract accepted by the client.

2. Use of the Website

The user agrees to use this website lawfully and respectfully, without engaging in activities that could damage KIOKO Studio's reputation, disrupt its operation or violate applicable regulations.

3. Service Requests

Service requests are normally submitted through our contact or quote form. Submitting the form does not constitute automatic acceptance of the project — it is a request for information. The professional relationship is formalised through an accepted quote and a service agreement.

4. Quotes and Payments

Quotes are provided in writing and are valid for a limited period. Unless otherwise agreed, projects are billed in two stages: an initial percentage before work begins and the remainder before the website is published. Amounts, timelines and conditions are detailed in each specific proposal.

5. Project Scope

The scope of each project (number of pages, features, design, integrations, etc.) is defined in the quote and any functional and content annexes. Any significant subsequent changes may require a revised quote.

6. Client Content

The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the texts, images, logos and other content they provide. KIOKO Studio is not liable for any third-party rights infringements arising from such material.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, the client obtains usage rights over the developed website for their business activity. KIOKO Studio retains authorship of the code and design, and may display the project in its portfolio and promotional materials, unless the client expressly requests otherwise.

8. Maintenance and Support

Maintenance, technical support and hosting services are governed separately in the Monthly Maintenance Annex. They are not included by default in the initial development unless expressly stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

KIOKO Studio does not guarantee the complete absence of interruptions or errors in website operation, but commits to making reasonable efforts to keep it running. KIOKO Studio is not liable for data loss or damage resulting from technical incidents, external attacks or misuse beyond its control.

10. Modifications

KIOKO Studio reserves the right to update these Terms of Service to reflect legal changes or process improvements. Updated versions will be published on this page.
